Thermal 3D SmartHeat

Understand the exact heating demand of every room in your home and avoid under- or oversizing your heating system. Thermal 3D SmartHeat provides a static heating load calculation in accordance with the German standard DIN EN 12831 – Energy Performance of Buildings, making it particularly suitable for underfloor heating systems.

After you provide all relevant building data and your desired room temperatures, our engineer creates a detailed 3D model of your home. Using multiple parameters – including average outside temperature data and the thermal performance (R-values) of your building materials – the simulation delivers a comprehensive and reliable assessment of your heating requirements.

What you receive:

• Peak heating load for each room and your home in total
• Visual thermal image of your home highlighting heat losses and thermal leakage
• Where applicable, recommendations for targeted thermal improvements
• Online consultation with one of our experienced engineers (1 session, up to 1 hour)

What we need from you:

• A full set of drawings, including all elevation and section views
• A completed questionnaire covering the technical specifications of your home and your personal preferences, such as the desired ambient temperature for each room
